At 2A Essence, we’re dedicated to delivering your order efficiently and responsibly. As an Australian owned business, we ship all products directly from our store, using sustainable packaging that reflects our commitment to eco-conscious living.
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Once dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
- During busy periods (e.g., Christmas), dispatch may take longer
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We ship all orders using either Sendle or Australia Post, selecting the best option based on your location and delivery needs. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier network. As a guide:
- Standard (Parcel Post): typically 2–8 business days (longer for regional/remote).
- Express Post: typically 1–3 business days in many areas (not guaranteed).
🇦🇺 Shipping rates Within Australia
Shipping is calculated based on the total parcel weight (or cubic weight, whichever is greater). Prices below are postage only for parcels using our own packaging and apply within Australia for parcels up to 5kg.
Standard (Parcel Post) — up to 5kg
- Up to 250g: $9.70
- 250g–500g: $11.15
- 500g–1kg: $15.25
- 1kg–3kg: $19.30
- 3kg–5kg: $23.30
Express Post — up to 5kg
- Up to 250g: $12.70
- 250g–500g: $14.65
- 500g–1kg: $19.25
- 1kg–3kg: $23.80
- 3kg–5kg: $31.80

Sustainable Shipping Practices
We proudly partner with Sendle, Australia’s first 100% carbon-neutral delivery service. Every Sendle shipment is offset to support environmental projects that reduce carbon emissions, helping us deliver your order with minimal impact on the planet.
For some orders, we also use Australia Post, ensuring reliable delivery while maintaining sustainable packing and delivery practices.
Eco-Friendly Packaging
All products are packed using recyclable or compostable materials. We avoid plastic wherever possible, ensuring that your unboxing experience is both beautiful and kind to the environment.
Tracking & Support
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@2aessence.com.au, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Safe drop / Authority to Leave
If you select Authority to Leave (Safe Drop), Australia Post may leave your parcel in a safe place if no one is available. If you request Authority to Leave, you accept the risk of loss/theft after delivery is marked as delivered (common practice across AU retailers).
Address accuracy
Please ensure your address is complete and correct (unit number, company name, access info). If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, re-delivery shipping may be charged. We are not liable for lost items due to incorrect information provided during checkout.
Delays outside our control
Carrier delays can occur due to peak periods, weather events, or network disruptions. Once your parcel is with the carrier, delivery timeframes are estimates only.
Lost or Damaged Items
In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with our suppliers to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping
For any returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or not as described.
