  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We ship all orders using either Sendle or Australia Post, selecting the best option based on your location and delivery needs.

🇦🇺 Within Australia

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days
  • Flat rate: $10 (Free shipping on orders over $100)
  • Tracking provided for all orders

Please allow extra time during peak periods or for regional/remote deliveries.

Free local shipping for the first 5 orders of the day within a 5km radius of Elwood!

Tracking & Support

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with our suppliers to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping
