How to Use:
- Room Spray: Mist around the bedroom before bedtime to clear the air and create a calming atmosphere.
- Pillow Spray: Hold 20 cm from your pillow and spray to promote restful sleep and clear breathing.
- Steam Inhalant: Pour 1 tsp into boiling water, cover your head with a towel to form a tent, and breathe in the soothing steam.
